Requirements for CTF Participation

  1. To participate, you need to be part of a team. If you are the team lead, you can
    create a team and invite your team members to join the team.
  2. A team can consist of a maximum of five (5) members.
  3. Every participating team member must be from the same institution.
  4. A participating member must be an undergraduate from any department.
  5. Each institution (team) should have the Head of Department as their coach (in
    longer terms, form your team and inform your HOD) – [Optional]
  6. In the finals, only there can be only one team per institution.
    • In a case, where there is more than one team from an institution, they will either be merged or one team will be selected to represent the institution.
  7. Remember to have fun while you hack.

Qualifiers

The online qualifiers will run for a total of six (6) days as stated below:

Start Date: Monday 09 May, 2022 10:00 AM
End Date: Saturday 14 May, 2022 11:59 PM
CTF Type: Jeopardy
Access: Remote

The result will be updated in real time at https://ctf.cysec.ng/scoreboard. Winners will
also be announced across our communication platforms.

Finals

Teams that qualify will be invited to the CYSEC NG 2022 National Hackathon and Cybersecurity Conference for the final round of the CTF.
